I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have worked in the field since 2017, primarily with adults and adolescents struggling with substance use disorders. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including EMDR, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I am interested in working with teens and adults with substance use disorders, grief, family conflict, trauma, depression, and anxiety. As your therapist, I hope to provide an open, non-judgmental space for you to feel seen and heard. Together, we can process your thoughts and feelings, practice adaptive coping skills and work towards the goals you would like to accomplish. If you think I am the right therapist for you, please call or email to schedule an appointment. I look forward to working with you!
Some fun facts about me!
- If I had to eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be fried rice!
- If I weren’t a therapist, I would want to be a dog walker or food blogger.
- If I were an animal, I would be an elephant. Elephants are family oriented and have a great memory!
