Yoga for Everybody: A ‘choose your own adventure’ style yoga class set to different musical themes. I offer a variety of options while focusing on the breath as your guide. 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, Motown, Star Wars, Tarantino movies,…. I got lots of ’em!!! Bring an open mind and join me in this fun, yoga adventure.
