Glenna Harold
Therapist
Fun facts about me:
- I’m a proud dog mom and firmly believe pets deserve an honorary therapy license
- If I had to eat the same food for the rest of my life, it would be French fries — though really, any form of potato will do
- Rewatching comfort shows like Gilmore Girls, Schitt’s Creek, or The Office is one of my favorite (and therapist-approved) coping skills for anxiety
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming or uncertain, and if that’s where you are right now, you’re not alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in school-based social work, where I’ve spent several years supporting adolescents and young adults through anxiety, stress, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals navigating grief and loss, as well as providing affirming, inclusive care for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. I take a warm, relational, and down-to-earth approach, focusing on building trust and meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, notice patterns that may no longer be serving you, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered in your everyday life.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, burned out, grieving, anxious, or just needing a place to breathe and process, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy is your space — and I’m here to walk alongside you at your own pace.
