Substance Abuse Assessments are often required after legal trouble, issues at work, and/or due to a negative circumstance in another area of life. These types of assessments are structured to follow ASAM and DSM V criteria. After the assessment with the counselor, a written report will be provided to the individual, as well as anyone the individual needs to notify. These reports are confidential and results of the assessment are always reviewed with the individual before being released.
